Becki Potter Meyer

I donate to the Chi Omega Foundation to empower female leaders, positioning them to make a positive impact on society. My four years in the Xi Gamma chapter were life-changing. I want more women to have the same great experiences that I was fortunate to enjoy.

Through membership and leadership roles in the chapter and on the Michigan State University Panhellenic Board, I learned to lead, to listen, and to manage projects. These life lessons helped in my 32-year marketing career, in my role as a wife and mother, and in my community philanthropic leadership roles.

Through the years, the impact of the Foundation has broadened to include formalized training sessions, more scholarship opportunities, and more cross-chapter interactions. This encourages personal and professional growth for the young women involved. Sisters will graduate ready to impact the world in which they live.
