Forever Grateful for Sisters and Support

Chi Omega has been an unparalleled opportunity for growth. Being surrounded by inspirational and supportive Sisters during these important college years—as we are making so many personal, educational, and career decisions that will influence the trajectory of our lives—has been incredibly positive and empowering.

I have been able to explore different areas of interest with the benefit of a support network that allowed me to push myself in ways I might not have had the courage to do on my own. The talents and strengths of my Sisters provided opportunities to grow and explore in virtually any area of interest. I found Sisters in my chemistry classes who offered support and inspired me to succeed academically, gym buddies who inspired me to exercise and maintain a healthy balance, Sisters in leadership positions on campus who provided encouragement and opened doors for me.

Becoming president of my chapter has also been an incredible opportunity for growth. Although it has often required stepping outside my comfort zone, I’ve done it with the support and hard work of our Executive Board, Cardinal Cabinet, chapter members, and advisors.

Finally, attending Convention 2022 provided inspiration on a whole new level. I was able to meet Sisters from across the country, and I learned about their experiences and the many different things they are accomplishing. Simply put, I will be forever grateful for the diverse, talented, powerful, and supportive women of Chi Omega who have inspired me and helped me grow.
